Khinmaysoe “KC” Chu, AMFT, APCC, is an EMDR trained therapist, a sex addiction therapist, trained through IITAP, IFS-informed, and Somatic Experiencing-informed.

She supports betrayed partners and children of sex addicts to heal their trauma and to empower them with boundaries and communication skills to get their needs met in the relationship.

She supports couples who are experiencing infidelity or sexual acting out in their relationships and helps the couple work towards healing by developing trust, intimacy, connection, and changing harmful gaslighting behaviors to support the betrayed partner’s triggers.

She supports clients with multiple addictions, behavioral, alcohol or chemical addictions as well as other behavioral addictions such as gaming, internet, gambling, working, eating, and shopping using the same treatment approach.

She uses parts work and somatic approaches to facilitate the EMDR therapy process. She addresses developmental trauma, attachment/relational trauma, and intergenerational trauma.
